Why Build?
To so many the thought of building a new home seems daunting so they wont even consider it as an option. That does not have to be that way. Why settle for something that is not exactly what you want when a little time and fun can give you the home you really want.

Where can I build?
You may be amazed at all the locations that are available to build your new home. Unfortunately, the market has not only caused homeowners to lose their homes, but developers have lost land as well. That means there is more availability to get a lot than in the recent past and along with availability the prices have dropped as well. Brandl Anderson Homes will build on any home site, not just in the neighborhoods we have models. I am able to help you locate those lots as well.
